Bearwaters Bistro offers a one-of-a-kind dining concept in Maggie Valley: four kitchens under one roof, each focused on its own style of cooking.
Our Bistro Kitchen features classic favorites like burgers, sandwiches, fresh salads, and shareable appetizers available throughout the day.
Our Artisan Pizza Kitchen features our authentic wood-fired pizza oven, serving handcrafted pizzas made with fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
Our Chef’s Grill, led by Chef Neil, serves chef-driven steaks and bistro-style favorites cooked fresh to order.
Our Thai Kitchen, led by Chef Mona, prepares traditional Thai dishes using authentic ingredients and techniques.
The Thai Kitchen and Chef’s Grill are available from 4 PM – 8 PM, while our Bistro and Pizza menus are available anytime we’re open.
We proudly cook in 100% beef tallow on all fryers.
Because each kitchen prepares food using different methods, menu items may arrive at different times depending on the cooking style. Wood-fired pizzas cook quickly, while steaks and traditional Thai dishes may take longer to prepare. Our goal is to make sure every dish is cooked properly and served at its best.
