Our Thai Kitchen at Bearwaters Bistro, led by Chef Mona, brings authentic Thai cuisine to Maggie Valley. Using traditional techniques and vibrant ingredients, this kitchen prepares classic Thai dishes such as Pad Thai and other flavorful specialties. The Thai Kitchen is available daily from 4:00 PM – 7:45 PM, offering one of the few places in Maggie Valley where guests can enjoy authentic Thai food prepared by a dedicated Thai chef.

Authentic Pad Thai — $21

Savor the exquisite taste of rice noodles entwined with egg, bean sprouts, and a symphony of Thai spices, all elegantly garnished with delicate shreds of cabbage, vibrant carrots, and crunchy peanuts.

Pad See Ew — $25

Rice noodles with broccoli, egg, and your favorite protein (chicken, beef, or pork), yielding a savory, slightly sweet, and smoky char flavor.

Pad Kaphrao — $25

Discover a cherished Thai delight, offering your choice of spicy beef, shrimp, pork, or chicken, all beautifully sautéed with Thai basil, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and chilis, served with fragrant jasmine rice and crowned with a crispy sunny-side-up egg.

Sweet & Sour Chicken — $24

Delight in crispy chicken, perfectly paired with juicy pineapple, vibrant bell peppers, and onions, all lavishly coated in a sweet and sour sauce, served alongside fragrant jasmine rice.

Singaporean Chicken Curry — $24

Chicken in a golden curry broth, golden potatoes, sweet onion and jasmine rice.

Green Curry Chicken — $23

Coconut milk infused with green curry paste, sugar, fish sauce and Thai basil served with jasmine rice.

Red Curry (Panang) — $23

Coconut milk infused with RED curry paste, sugar, fish sauce, peanuts and Thai basil served with your choice of chicken or pork.
