Our Thai Kitchen at Bearwaters Bistro, led by Chef Mona, brings authentic Thai cuisine to Maggie Valley. Using traditional techniques and vibrant ingredients, this kitchen prepares classic Thai dishes such as Pad Thai and other flavorful specialties. The Thai Kitchen is available daily from 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM, offering one of the few places in Maggie Valley where guests can enjoy authentic Thai food prepared by a dedicated Thai chef.
