The Chef’s Grill at Bearwaters Bistro, led by Chef Neil, offers a chef-driven steak and bistro menu available daily from 4:00 PM – 7:45 PM. This evening menu features expertly prepared steaks and elevated comfort dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Guests looking for steak or upscale dining in Maggie Valley will find bold flavors and thoughtfully prepared plates in this unique bistro-style grill experience.

Wild Thing — $22

Our signature "Kings Ranch" half-pound elk and bison burger, topped with blue cheese compound butter, lettuce, pickled red onion served with sidewinder fries.

Black Cherry Pork Tenderloin — $23

Grilled pork tenderloin, seasoned to perfection with a black cherry chipotle pepper rub smothered in a cherry port reduction. This dish is paired with bacon jam brussel sprouts & savory mashed potatoes, making it a feast for your senses.

Korean Barbecue Short Ribs — $18

Enjoy grilled Korean marinated slices of flanken-style short ribs, served with jasmine rice accompanied by kimchi and fried green beans.

Creekside Pot Roast — $24

Experience the comforting taste of our beef pot roast, slow-roasted to perfection with portobello mushrooms, red onions, shallots, carrots, and bell peppers, all served atop velvety mashed potatoes or over jasmine rice for a Thai twist.

16 oz Beef Ribeye (GF) — $38

Delight in the richness of a tender, marbled ribeye steak, accompanied with asparagus and creamy garlic mashed potatoes—a dish that truly satisfies your culinary cravings.

Blackened Salmon — $22 (GF)

8 oz salmon filet topped with kiwi-pineapple salsa, bacon brussels sprouts and cilantro cream sauce, served with jasmine rice.

Shrimp & Grits (GF) — $24

Relish a medley of flavors with sautéed shrimp, garlic, and shallots enveloped in a rich lobster cream sauce. Resting atop southern cheddar cheese grits, garnished with crispy bacon crumbles and green onions.

Sunburst Rainbow Trout — $24
