The Chef’s Grill at Bearwaters Bistro, led by Chef Neil, offers a chef-driven steak and bistro menu available daily from 4 PM – 8 PM. This evening menu features expertly prepared steaks and elevated comfort dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Guests looking for steak or upscale dining in Maggie Valley will find bold flavors and thoughtfully prepared plates in this unique bistro-style grill experience.

Kings Ranch Wild Thang Burger — $24

Beef, elk, and bison blend with blue cheese compound butter, Schwartz dill pickles, lettuce, and pickled onions.

Slow Cooked Pot Roast — $24

Slow roasted beef with portobello mushrooms, onions, shallots, carrots, and bell peppers served with mashed potatoes.

12oz Angus Beef Ribeye (GF) — $38

Served with bacon Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes.

Shrimp & Grits (GF) — $24

Shrimp sautéed with garlic and shallots in lobster cream sauce over cheddar grits with bacon.

Black Cherry Pork Tenderloin — $24

Grilled pork tenderloin with black cherry chipotle rub, cherry port reduction, bacon Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes.
