Our Thai Kitchen at Bearwaters Bistro, led by Chef Mona, brings authentic Thai cuisine to Maggie Valley. Using traditional techniques and vibrant ingredients, this kitchen prepares classic Thai dishes such as Pad Thai and other flavorful specialties. The Thai Kitchen is available daily from 4 PM – 8 PM, offering one of the few places in Maggie Valley where guests can enjoy authentic Thai food prepared by a dedicated Thai chef.

Authentic Pad Thai — $21
Rice noodles, egg, bean sprouts, Thai spices, cabbage, carrots, and peanuts.

Drunken Noodle — $21
Stir-fried rice noodles with chili, garlic, peppers, onions, broccoli, carrots, baby corn, and basil.

Salmon with Thai curry sauce, mushrooms, spinach, asparagus, and jasmine rice.

Pad Kaphrao — $25
Choice of beef, shrimp, pork, or chicken sautéed with Thai basil, peppers, onions, garlic, and chilis served with jasmine rice and fried egg.
Sweet & Sour Chicken — $24
Crispy chicken with pineapple, peppers, onions, and jasmine rice.
